What is an employee search?

Employee search option helps you get basic profile information such as email ID and phone number on your colleagues.

Where is it located?

  • Log in to ADSelfService Plus’ user portal.
  • Use the field available at the top-right corner of the webpage to locate your colleagues based on multiple filters. For example, enter your colleague's name in the search field.

  • Click the search button.

What are advanced search filters?

You can also search using other details such as their phone number, email ID, display name, and more.

Just select the required category from the drop-down list, provide the available information of your colleague in the search bar, and click the search button.

If you do not have any substantial information on your colleague, use these four operators: Contains, StartsWith, EndsWith, and Equals in the drop-down list, and try your luck!

What are advanced search filters?

For instance, let us say you want to know your colleague’s name ending with ‘ley’. You then have to,

  • Select either All Fields or Full Name from the list.
  • Select EndsWith option at the bottom of the list.
  • Enter “ley” into the search box and click on the search button.

Employees with names ending with “ley” are listed. (E.g. Barkley, Harley, Shirley).

Note: You can use these operators for telephone numbers, departments, and other search criteria as well.
